Our facility can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 20 people for private events. For larger groups, please contact us directly to discuss options and availability.
Private event bookings include exclusive use of our facility for the duration of your event, access to our various wellness modalities (float therapy, contrast therapy, infrared sauna, salt cave, and massage therapy), towels and amenities, and a dedicated staff member to assist your group. Customizations and catering options are available upon request.
We recommend booking your event at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend dates. For peak times (holidays, summer months), earlier booking is advised. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date and time. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. For events booked less than 7 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For private events, cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 7-13 days prior will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling options may be available depending on our calendar.
