What You Need to Know Before You Float
Your safety is our #1 concern
Due to the very nature of our work and our services, sanitization is an essential part of all we do. But these important protocols and processes do not take away from the warm and inviting environment, nor do they impede the peace and serenity our clients experience every day.
Whether this is your first or fortieth float, please take a moment to review our updated operations.
Member + Guest Safety Guidelines
-
All float sessions must be pre-scheduled online or by phone. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
-
Each guest must complete or re-complete our waiver online prior to their visit.
-
Each guest must certify that they haven't knowingly been exposed to the virus and that they aren't experiencing any symptoms.
-
Our staff will be wearing masks and we ask that you do the same.
-
Already in our system? Please ensure your Float Helm account has your current payment method loaded. This allows us to provide a reduced contact experience during checkout. We are still accepting cash payments as well.
-
Please do not come in more than 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We've added space between appointment blocks to allow us extra time to sanitize common areas and common touch points.
-
We ask that you’re respectful of our procedures by showering and exiting your float suite in a timely manner so that we can get in there and properly prepare it for the next guest.
-
We ask that you refrain from using our water fountains, fresh bottles of water will be offered to each guest after their float session.
-
For our members you will still receive your complimentary glass of Kombucha to go if you would like.
Health + Sanitization Measures
-
COVID-19 hates salt. We love it even more for that reason, but apparently, we can't cover the WHOLE center in salt, so we hope these measures help to ease your concerns. We're committed to providing much needed relief to our community, but in a way that keeps us all as healthy as possible. The good thing is that by the nature of what we do, we already help you avoid crowds. This is a contact free experience that you will be incredibly thankful for.
-
If you have floated here before you’ll know that we've already been masters of cleaning and sanitizing the float rooms. Our float solution goes through at least 3 filtration cycles with a one micron filter, Ultra Violet Light, and Ozone. (UV, ozone, and salt are already proven to kill COVID-19.) We also use EPA-approved cleaning products on all touch points in the float suites and inside the float tanks.
-
WE STILL HAVE KOMBUCHA ON TAP! We can sell fresh bottles of our Cross Culture Kombucha however, we cannot refill any outside containers at this time.
